Job Description:
As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both residential and commercial premises. Your duties will include a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a high standard of hygiene and neatness.
Key Responsibilities:
Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces.
Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors.
Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
Scrub sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
Maintain and upkeep all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
Keep all public spaces neat and tidy.
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role.
Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques.
Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Good physical condition and strength.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
