We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lighting Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the Lighting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our lighting department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth operation and provide customer and team member support.
Job Description:
- creating/controlling/sending/maintaining Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
- customer service - on the floor/phones/emails/texts - fielding questions and finding answers
- working in Inventory - creating items / entering barcodes for new and existing items/pricing stock

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the lighting team and others
