Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing real-time support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via Live Chat to provide assistance and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, account management, billing inquiries, and technical support
- Utilize effective communication skills to guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product features
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Live Chat software and CRM systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Salary: $19.22-$21.48 per hour
