Front End Loader Operator

Casey concrete Ltd. Is looking for a responsible person willing to operate and maintain a Front-End Loader for a ready-mix concrete operation. Other duties would include assisting customers in-yard, loading and unloading concrete products from trucks, keeping aggregates stocked piled, use loader to keep yard level and tidy, work closely with batcher and manager with some general shop duties.

The position will be based out of Milford, NS

All concrete training is provided.

Qualifications/ Experience:

· Previous experience operating a loader or similar heavy equipment is required.

· Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to equipment operation.

· Ability to perform routine maintenance on the loader.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.

· Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

· Heavy equipment experience.

· Ability to do moderate lifting.

· General mechanical aptitude.

· Class 3 would be an asset.

Duties include:

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

· Perform routine maintenance on the loader to keep it in good working condition –

· Communicate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate loading activities –

· Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded.
