Are you a lead technician who can work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment? Our company is currently looking for an experienced technician who can effectively diagnose mechanical lock and security problems, provide qualified estimates, and schedule repairs. Candidate must reside within 15 minutes of Penticton, or willing to relocate.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary and a great work environment. Rotating night call availability is preferred. Our office has adopted a 4 day work week, operating Monday - Thursday.

We require a technician with min. 3 years industry experience. Basic key blank identification skills, rekeying and master keying knowledge, and impressioning skills.

Understanding of building code, fire codes, and life safety entry/egress.

Experience with commercial hardware sales, installation, and maintenance. Basic understanding of electronic hardware; strikes and switches.

Automotive locksmithing skills a bonus.

We are also offering the opportunity of company ownership for interested technicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
