Logistics And Inventory Control Assistant

Hester Creek Estate Winery is looking to fill the position of Logistics and Inventory Control Assistant. This position will be in support of the Logistics and Inventory Control Coordinator with all shipping and pack outs related to direct to consumer orders, BCLDB, as well as any shipping activity. This position will assist in the picking, and deliver of interdepartmental wine orders on the Estate.

Position responsibilities will be but not limited to the following.

· Picking, packing, and shipping of DTC orders for features as well as Bench Club subscriptions.

· Picking and delivering wineshop, Terrafina and Villa orders.

· Monitor par levels and process stock movements between warehouse facilities in support of Logistic & Inventory Control Coordinators absence.

· Printing wine direct orders.

· Cover for Logistics and Inventory Control Coordinator on days off and vacation time.

· Support Maintenance Coordinator when necessary.

· Setting up and assisting in the 3 L bag in a box program in all areas.

· Must be computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook.

· Capable of learning our operating systems for company wide ordering systems.

· Manage the organization and upkeep of the warehouse facilities, forklift, power worker, scissor lift.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
