Job Overview
The Loss Control and Claims Administrative Support role will be required to perform an array of administrative duties. These duties include:
- Phone monitoring
- Mailings
- Setting up new claims in a database
- Scheduling appointments for the Loss Control department
- Posting of daily transactions
- Balancing statistics files
- Submitting reports
- General support for the Loss Control department
Organization, time management, and accountability are necessary attributes to this position. Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Position Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ideal candidate would have comprehension of industry practices and risk reporting fundamentals.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with database applications and administration systems.
