Lot Staff – Casual

As one of Haldimand Motors LTD Lot Staff team members, it is your responsibility to ensure the proper organization of our more than 500 vehicles ready for sale on our lot. While being a friendly and helpful ambassador to our guest here viewing our inventory

What is required for this Position?

To be a successful Lot Staff team member, you must be a motivated individual, who is self-directed and task-oriented and not afraid of a little hard work. All of our vehicles need meticulous attention when organizing and rearranging around our Lot.

There are many tasks that would need to be completed during the day when it pertains to our Lot Staff Team. From shuttling cars around our 12 acres property. To mechanics garage areas, to the detail department, to the overflow parking lot, and our photographing location.

Other responsibilities would be to,

• Realigning our vehicles when they become moved, or gaps need to be filled, to ensure Year, Make, Model, and Colour are all organized in an orderly fashion.
• Retrieving vehicles for clients who are here to test drive their vehicles.
• Prep Sold vehicles with license plates and ensure the appearance of the vehicles are in a “Like New” fashion prior to pick up of our clients.

The Lot Staff plays an important role in grasping the attention of our clients and help support their search for their Perfect “New” Car.

What you need to know about this position.

• Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/direction.
• A “Go Get’em” Attitude
• A Valid G Driver’s License
• Ability to Drive Confidently
• Ability to be Spatially Aware when walking the Lot and Driving vehicles.

Hours of Lot Staff

This would be a CASUAL position working Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Pay: From $16.55 per hour with Milestone Increases
