Element5 is looking for a Lumber Processor to join our Afternoon Shift!
Role Summary:
Are you looking to join a dynamic team within the lumber industry? We are currently seeking a Lumber Processor responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting products. You will play a key role in ensuring all inbound and outbound products are checked for quality, damage, infestation, and compliance with customer requirements. This position demands accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes and restack lumber as necessary.
- Ensure accurate picking and put-away of products for shipments or stock, including checking the exact number and type of products.
- Verify orders for completeness and accuracy, including quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing.
- Maintain the facility and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, conducting daily inspections.
- Assist in physical inventories and operate the aligning station of the billet line, ensuring lumber quality.
- Perform additional duties such as gathering and emptying waste and manually installing fasteners according to drawings.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, in process or completed.
Working Conditions:
- The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work environment may include exposure to dust and noise.
