POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Inspect and package molded product as trained which meets Reliance’s quality standards & specifications. Monitor production machinery and auxiliary equipment as required to meet expectations of the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visually inspects each unit of product as it is produced to identify quality standard problems and record rejects.
• Monitor all production machinery and auxiliary equipment as assigned. Alert Production Lead to any problems in machine operation or product output.
• Perform weight checks as necessary, complete weight charts (graph) as required
• Ensure that all production reports and other required documentation is completed accurately.
• Pack product in the appropriate package after installing components or labels as required per specifications
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Participate in external or in-house training programs as required
• Comply with all safety requirements and report any concerns/issues.

QUALIFICATIONS TO ASSURE SUCCESS:

• Previous production experience is desired but not necessary
• English speaking and writing skills (Required)
• Ability to push, pull & lift 10lbs
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Night Shift: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
