We are looking for a “Machining Project Manager”

We are Ontario's largest custom jobbing shops Period !

You Must have experience in this trade, meaning you were a prior machinist etc.

If you have had “hands on experience” in this trade and know it well then we want to hear from you.

If you are verse in many types of equipment and machines and are driven to exceed most by gathering new and maintaining existing business then keep reading.

We are looking for someone to quote new incoming projects and communicate our services to others. Where break downs and repairs are needed, be the one to promote and service the needs of our customers.

SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)

Our certifications include:

CWB W59 with qualifications under W47.1 certification of companies for fusion welding of steel and W47.2 certification of companies for fusion welding of aluminum.

TSSA repair and alteration of boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with CSA standard B51, Power Piping ASME B31.1, Process Piping ASME B31.3, and Refrigeration Piping ASME B31.5

We need a minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a hands on Machining back ground !

· You will be responsible for projects from “cradle to grave” including lead generation, estimating and management of projects throughout the build / installation life-cycle.

· Able to maintain existing relationships with clients, build upon them, and generate new clients.

· Full understanding of CNC machining, conventional machining and their related processes.

· Able to determine appropriate methods for completion of various Machining Projects.

· Ability to generate cost proposals based on information provided form blueprints, site visits, sample parts and interactions with customer representatives.

· Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a necessity.

· Previous hands-on machining experience is a requirement

· Basic knowledge of welding techniques an asset (but not required)
