Job Details:
- Position: Maintenance and Warehouse Assistant
- Type: Full-Time.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management:
- Maintain and organize the warehouse for easy accessibility of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and supplies.
- Equipment and Vehicle Upkeep:
- Perform regular maintenance on trucks, vans, skid steers, scissor lifts, and other company equipment.
- Ensure all equipment and vehicles are safe and ready for use.
- Material Management:
- Pick up and deliver materials and equipment to various sites in Company Vans, Trucks, or Trailers.
- Prepare materials for the day's work, ensuring teams have what they need to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic Property Maintenance:
- Filter changes, light bulb and ballast replacements.
- Grass cutting, snow shoveling, and general outdoor upkeep.
- Parking lot maintenance, garbage collection, graffiti management, and fence repair.
- Various other tasks.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of construction equipment and tools.
- A valid Class 5 or better driver’s license.
- Ability to Pickup & Move trailers under 10,000lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Moderate understanding and experience with Auto-Mechanical Repairs & Maintenance.
