JOB – MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Planning, prioritizing, assigning, reviewing, and participating in all tasks related to facility/company vehicles/tools maintenance in conjunction with the operations team

· Coordinate maintenance for all process equipment’s to ensure they meet working standards

· Creating and implementing preventive maintenance procedures

· Help implementing a maintenance system; create equipment registry and database.

· Planning tasks and delegate them to vendors as needed.

· Overseeing spare parts stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

· Ensures maintenance issues are resolved in a timely fashion with minimal impact to the operation.

· Makes sure all components and equipment’s manuals are up to date and available on SharePoint

· Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Possess a high school diploma.

· Experience in a previous maintenance/service advisor/admin role would be an asset.

· Proficiency with MS Office & basic computer skills is a must.

· Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with the manager and fellow employees, subcontractors, and clients.

· Must possess a valid driver's license and good driver’s abstract.

· Must be willing to support and abide by the company's safety policies and initiatives.
