KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY/ACCOUNTABILITY:
Completes yard maintenance, snow removal and general maintenance and repair work; ensures customer satisfaction.
Completes repair and maintenance work orders; documents and submits status reports; identifies additional services or repairs required.
Operates a wide range of tools and equipment
Ensures laws, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
Performs work safely and takes necessary safety precautions on-site.
Assists with performing fire/carbon monoxide alarm inspections.
Responds to emergency calls as necessary/directed.
Performs related duties to maintain operational standards.
A valid drivers license is necessary.
Related experience and knowledge of general maintenance and repair work in residential and/or commercial properties.
Experience operating snow removal equipment, e.g., skid steer and bobcat is an asset.
Other requirements include, but are not limited to: knowledge and ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools and a variety of hand and power tools and equipment; the ability to safely lift, reach, climb, move, and/or perform heavy and physical work in all conditions (e.g., confined spaces, heights, outdoor weather conditions, etc.); the ability to read and accurately comprehend labels and instructions; the ability to perform basic math.
The individual in this role must be flexible to work extended hours, holidays and weekends as required.
The successful candidate must undergo and pass a criminal background check and provide verification of education.
