WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide support to the Maintenance Associate Team, Regional Administrative Assistant and Residential Portfolio Manager.
Deliver and remove all materials and appliances, assisting with installation and disposal of any other unneeded materials as required.
Work independently to complete minor renovations including painting, drywall, mudding, and taping.
Assist the property management team with the distribution of resident notices, memos, and postings throughout the property.
Assist with maintenance of the property, including snow removal, lawn maintenance, garbage collection and removal of large items as required.
Perform repairs and maintenance to building systems, respond to emergencies, and conduct regular inspections.
Other duties as required.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
Minimum of 2 years' experience in general labor.
A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs.
A valid driver's license, clean drivers abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
Mandatory requirement to be clean shaven to wear a respirator as required.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
