Guidance and Independence: You'll work under the direction of our Production Manager, but we value self-direction and independent work.
Shifts: Your workweek will consist of afternoon shifts from 12 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Thursday, offering you a long weekend, every week. Other working schedules are also possible.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machines are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation
- Fabricate and assemble parts as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- In addition to maintenance tasks, you'll have the chance to operate CNC machines, adding variety to your role.
Requirements:
- No professional certification required, just a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Your role requires a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Skills in carpentry and facilities maintenance are a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience in industrial maintenance, or related field is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
