Twin Town Retirement Centre is located in Grand Falls/Windsor, NL. We make it our mission to bring joy to our residents by providing clean and well-maintained rooms and exceptional friendly service.

Maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring that our rooms, infrastructure and amenities are operating at maximum efficiency. You will be dealing with all manner of maintenance tasks ranging from painting/decorating through to plumbing and electrical.

What the position looks like

As the maintenance person your duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of the Retirement Centre including residents’ rooms, interior and exterior areas

· Maintaining and storing equipment in a safe and orderly manner

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

· Painting, light carpentry, and repairs

· Answering residents requests for repairs

· Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operation of the Retirement Centre

· Completing job task lists daily

· Other tasks as required

What we require from you

· Evidenced clean driving and insurance record

· Must be able to speak English to an everyday business level

· Strong focus on providing and contributing to an exceptional resident experience

· Previous experience in similar roles essential.
