We’re looking for a MANAGER, CLAIMS (INJURY) who can lead a team that is responsible for injury case management and at the same time provide direction on complex claims and ensure claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures and customer service targets.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, like Health, Business, or Social Sciences and eight years’ experience comprised of four years of leadership and four years’ experience in a field related to injury or disability claims management.
