Manager / District Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Manager that will be responsible for 3 stores within the district of West Coast Newfoundland.

Must have valid driver’s license and have a car to facilitate travel between stores.

Must be located in Corner Brook, NL

As Manager / District Supervisor

Task description:

· Respect the uniformity of each store with company standards

· Responsible for the execution of merchandising activities

· Supervise and be physically involved in the execution of marketing

· Responsible for sales objectives and inventory management

· Carry out weekly rounds for each of the supervised stores

· Responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of commercial buildings

· Responsible for the smooth running of daily activities

· Carry out recruitment; take care of the hiring process.

· Ensure employee training

· Plan schedules based on business needs

· Manage inventories

· All other related tasks

Requirements related to the position:

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· At least 5 years of experience in retail

· Ability to multitask

· Basic knowledge of the IT environment

· Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills

· Possess a valid driving license

· Must be located in Corner Brook, Newfoundland.
