Description
The Manager, Divisional Business Support will be responsible for the management of the Divisional Business Support Branch. This role supports three areas, the City Managers Office, Corporate Services, and Communications, Service Regina & Tourism. You will oversee financial and budget management, operational and program planning, stakeholder relationship management, and people leadership. Your mandate includes managing and controlling the Business Support function for divisional leaders, setting long and short-term goals, performance data management, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to operating policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to enhance operational processes and systems.
