Summary
Reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources, the Manager, Employee Health, and Safety is accountable for the development, implementation, integration and direction of corporate Employee Health and Safety programs including psychological safety or employee wellness, physical safety, ergonomics, attendance support and disability management. The manager ensures effective risk management and loss control, resulting in a proactive approach to achieving and maintaining a safety-conscious work environment and proactive management of occupational and nonoccupational injury and illness.
