Strong leadership, analytics and data expertise needed
Lead the team responsible for developing, implementing and operationalizing analytics and management reporting related to key metrics, including risk-adjusted profitability.
You’ll use your experience with data-driven storytelling to develop narratives and reports that provide Insights and support strategic and operational planning.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee analytics and use an understanding of key business drivers to explain the relationship between business, financial and capital management outcomes relative to plan, target and rolling forecasts
• Collaborate with leaders to identify information needs and develop forward-looking analytics and reports to support their decision-making
• Manage the development and maintenance of frameworks, policies and planning narratives
• Leverage new ways of visualizing and reporting insights
• Liaise with industry experts and external consultants to understand industry best practices
• Coach and mentor employees in a safe and supportive work environment, manage performance and help set goals and priorities

What you’ll need:

• A Chartered Professional Accountant designation and at least seven years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
