Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed reporting of client customer and channel communications data
- Set and review standard media, CRM and website KPI reports to monitor performance of campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and internal data sources.
- Create detailed reports of sitewide customer behavior, navigation behavior, and potential UX improvements.
- Work on platform migration for getting better data visualization and on reporting automation.
- Execute a plan on building the foundations to activate on a CDP.
- Identify optimal customer journeys and collect insights on customer needs to improve personas.
- Mentor and train colleagues to use data and tools to improve their business performance and strategy
- Convert insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest presentations
Essential Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the Marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a similar role
- Versed in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and understanding of key metrics to monitor the customer journey and program effectiveness.
- Ability to translate strategy into operational and execution excellence with on-time delivery
- Experience in driving and influencing change across a complex environment including senior stakeholders
- Experience with: MS Office, Power BI, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools. Understanding of SEO/SEM and UX/UI best practices.
