Palliser Insurance is seeking to fill a full-time position in the Saskatoon Head Office, Manager, Sales & Distribution.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Manager, Sales & Distribution manages all sales activities, including the direct sales channel, with a focus on customer engagement, revenue generation, channel penetration, and brand visibility. As the lead on sales, you contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans, sales metrics, analysis of sales statistics, and sales projections. You contribute to the development of training materials to support sales development for the agent channel and provide oversight of portal navigation support and sales support positions during the sales season.
Using your unmatched commitment to customer service and experience with direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits, you achieve growth and hit sales targets. You are the direct point of contact for the direct sales channel and use your diplomacy, influence, and well-developed abilities to listen, understand and build strong long-lasting relationships with staff and customers. You value the wider team and leverage collaboration to ensure competitive success in the market. Working with technology in a digital environment is second nature to you. With well-developed decision-making and analytical skills, business acumen, and a keen eye for detail and time management, you are a key contributor to Pallisers business and organizational success.
