Job description
The Trade Sales Planning Manager will be responsible for the Trade Sales demand plan process and forecast accuracy for Red Bull Canada. The right candidate for this role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Finance to define, implement, and manage the company forecasting process. Accurate demand plans are essential to proper SKU level production planning by outlet type for the Canadian market. Additionally, the Planning Manager will lead RBCA’s efforts in designing IBP, in partnership with our global HQ, to improve field planning efficiency and accuracy.
To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies.

4+ years professional experience - Consumer Goods or Retail industry preferred., Expert-level Excel skills including Pivot tables, Power Pivot, lookups, advanced formulas, etc…., Expert-level data visualization skills in tools like Power BI or Tableau., Strong experience in data analytics, forecasting, planning, developing projections and estimates., Experience in statistics, including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, hypothesis testing and inference., Team player and strong communicator with plenty of time spent consulting with stakeholders in the business., SAP Spring (or other sales data systems) experience would be an asset., Prior working experience in statistical modelling software packages (e.g., R or Python) would be a nice to have., Bachelor or MS degree in Business, Quantitative Science or related field.
