As a Territory Sales Representative with Black Fly you will work in a fast pace selling environment growing a brand with strong year over year sales for the past 15+ years.
We are currently looking for an individual to represent the business in Manitoba. We are looking for individuals to drive brand awareness at the community level and engage with not only retail B2B clients but consumers and influencers alike. This person will manage a variety of retail accounts, as well as assist in other key marketing/event-based activities. As a TSR, your main responsibilities will be generating and maintaining listings at store level, managing healthy inventory levels within those stores, and producing sales via various activities within the sales territory.
This position requires someone who is a strong seller, has great administrative and reporting skills, a love of networking as well as a fair understanding of the geographic area they will be working in. The TSR’s performance will be measured by achieving sales targets, increasing product listings and inventory levels in store – as well as various other factors that generate sales and increase brand awareness.

- 40 hrs per week (+)
- Daily travel to customer locations across your territory
- Responsible for achieving targets for sales, in-store inventories, and product listings
- Manage relationships between retail partners (chains and independent channels)
- Develop marketing/sales opportunities in your territory and while staying on budget
- Weekly reporting and other administrative task completed on time
- Compile media drops and respond to consumer issues within the territory
- Assist in event/tradeshow/promotional situations across your territory
- Continue to grow the brand in the territory through retail and consumer development
Requirements
- College or University graduate
- Minimum 5 years in consumer-packaged goods sales (preference to alcohol industry experience)
- Strong seller with experience executing sales plans
- Exceptional organizational skills, as well as great time management skills
- Well developed communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work unassisted or as part of a team
- Smart Choices Certification (previously known as Serving it Safe)
- Access to a vehicle daily
