Manufacturing CEO

We are seeking a Manufacture CEO for our production line (Door production) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, extensive experience in production line management, and exceptional strategic vision for the company.

Position: Manufacture CEO - Door production

Location: Port Coquitlam

Employment Type: Full-time

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written) is required.

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the operations of the production line, ensuring efficient operation and increased output.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the production line to achieve the company's business objectives.

- Oversee quality control of the production line, ensuring products meet standards and customer requirements.

- Manage the budget and resources of the production line, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Business trip may required for this role

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in production line management, with a successful track record of leading and managing teams.

- Excellent strategic vision and business acumen, able to formulate viable strategic plans.

- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with management, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.

- In-depth understanding of best practices and industry trends in production line operations.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to address challenges and propose effective solutions.

- Strong leadership skills and a spirit of teamwork.
