Manufacturing Machinery Operator

Williams Form Hardware is currently seeking full time machine operators for our London, Ontario plant. We are looking for candidates to run our thread rolling machines, lathes, CNC and cutting machines and cranes.

Function would include:
- Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments as necessary
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Fabricate parts and components according to blueprints or instructions
- Assemble parts and perform basic mechanical tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Basic computer skills for machine programming and data entry

Salary: $22.00-$25.05 per hour
