Manufacturing Specialist

Stilmas Americas, based in Burlington Ontario, manufactures a line of water purification equipment platforms that are compliant with the current USP Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI) standards. We specialize in standard and custom engineered turn-key systems along with all the supporting validation operations.

Stilmas Americas is the hub for selling, engineering, manufacturing and servicing Pharmaceutical Water equipment in North America, offering a complete range of technologies in the North American Pharmaceutical market.

Stilmas Americas is currently seeking an

Manufacturing Specialist/Standard Products

In this role you’ll provide primary responsibility is to assemble of water treatment equipment using the following disciplines:

· PVC (CPVC) Socket Piping

· Stainless Steel Tube Bending

· PVC (CPVC) Threaded Piping

· Polyethylene Tubing Piping

· Polypropylene Infrared Welding

· Stainless steel tubing, pipe and fittings

· Control Electrical Wiring

· Touch-up Painting

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The proper operation and maintenance of assigned tools and support equipment

· Ensure that the manufactured equipment Is assembled to quality standards

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing work instructions as per Stilmas QMS

· Daily housekeeping of shop/ personal work area

· Maintain stock levels of fasteners, electrical components & other items used in the completion of our manufactured equipment

· Knowledge of material handling and tracking procedures and method

· Following Stilmas Americas quality management system processes (including ISO and GMP requirements)

· Certified powered lift truck operator.

· Other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
