Marine Operations Manager

Seeking lead for Marine Division to manage staffing, contracts, certifications, costs and continual optimization and progress.

• Mange current and future Marine contracts (including movements, procurement, loading, etc)
• Track and optimize use of marine assets to drive cost savings
• Manage staffing in alignment with Human Resources department (including hiring, termination, organization, certification reviews, etc)
• Fleet management including vessel certification and timelines to ensure continuous operation
• Create, develop and maintain a strong relationship with key marine stakeholders
• Keep informed on general business conditions and activities related to marine work suitable for fleet
• Process paperwork and prepare required reports and statistics
• Where applicable – travel to locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Organization Operations & Administrative Occupations: 2 years (preferred)
