Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Market Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a Market Operations Supervisor, you will work as part of a team of Supervisors responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurants in our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will play a key role in driving business growth and implementing process improvements. This is a leadership position that requires strong project management skills, business development acumen, and the ability to supervise and motivate a team. We have restaurants in Dartmouth, Elmsdale, Truro, New Glasgow, and Pictou, so there will be some travel in the role.
The Job:
- Grow sustainable restaurant sales, guest counts, and profitability to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify restaurant capacity constraints, guest count and sales growth opportunities, and be able to develop and execute an operationally sound growth plan.
- Coach General and Assistant Managers to adopt capacity and sales building mindsets as well as provide ongoing education on areas of restaurant profitability.
- Lead successful deployments and ongoing execution of national and local sales building initiatives to drive sales and Brand Leadership.
- Ensure all restaurants meet and exceed McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness, with particular attention to Food Safety standards.
- Ensure management and crew at all levels are being developed and that individual performance plans and reviews schedules are in place.
Requirements:
- Current or previous McDonald's or applicable restaurant experience
- Current or previous experience in a supervisory position
- Must have valid drivers licence
- Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
