To support our continued growth as a leader in Supply Chain solutions, transportation, and quality containment & inspection services, to support the automotive and other industries. We are currently accepting resumes for the following role: Marketing Coordinator.

Administrative / Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Create / Maintain PowerPoint Presentations for Sales / Operational Meetings-
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
  • updating calendars
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Manage all social media applications – Assist in developing the branding of all new business ventures
  • Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
  • Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Utilize Microsoft Applications and Outlook on a daily basis to accomplish tasks
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Provide Administrative Support to various departments as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
  • Job Functions may not be limited to the tasks listed above

Required skills, knowledge and abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft – PowerPoint
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Problem resolution abilities
  • Strong computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft applications – Excel, Visio and Publisher
  • Proficient in WordPress
  • Proficient in adobe creative suite applications – AI, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Able to respond quickly to customer demands

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
