Administrative / Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Create / Maintain PowerPoint Presentations for Sales / Operational Meetings-
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
- updating calendars
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Manage all social media applications – Assist in developing the branding of all new business ventures
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Utilize Microsoft Applications and Outlook on a daily basis to accomplish tasks
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide Administrative Support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support

Required skills, knowledge and abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft – PowerPoint
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Problem resolution abilities
- Strong computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft applications – Excel, Visio and Publisher
- Proficient in WordPress
- Proficient in adobe creative suite applications – AI, Photoshop and InDesign
- Able to respond quickly to customer demands

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
