Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Client Services Specialist to support us in various marketing initiatives and Client communication tasks, this is a part-time role and work from your own home is possible. It requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with our clients and manage marketing campaigns to enhance the firm's visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote services and engage with the audience
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Manage Google Ad campaigns and analyze their performance to optimize results.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for client consultations (Review of Questionnaires and summarizing key information).
  • Draft service agreements and send to clients.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support in filling out immigration forms using CRM system Caseeasy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in Client Services or customer support, digital marketing, social media management and Google Ad campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong self-sufficiency skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
  • Previous experience in Canadian immigration law and procedures is a plus.
  • German / French or Spanish language skills is beneficial.
