Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Client Services Specialist to support us in various marketing initiatives and Client communication tasks, this is a part-time role and work from your own home is possible. It requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with our clients and manage marketing campaigns to enhance the firm's visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote services and engage with the audience
- Create compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Manage Google Ad campaigns and analyze their performance to optimize results.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
- Assist in scheduling and preparing for client consultations (Review of Questionnaires and summarizing key information).
- Draft service agreements and send to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support in filling out immigration forms using CRM system Caseeasy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Client Services or customer support, digital marketing, social media management and Google Ad campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong self-sufficiency skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in Canadian immigration law and procedures is a plus.
- German / French or Spanish language skills is beneficial.
