Salary: $34.50/hour
Term of employment: Fulltime (30 - 40 hours/week); Permanent position
Benefits:
3 weeks paid vacation after one year of employment or 5.77%
Overtime rate at 1.5 hourly wage paid after 40 hours worked in a given week or after 8 hours in a given day
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company and its services,
Plan, track marketing budget versus the plan, and evaluate the effectiveness of each communication channel,
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand visibility and drive engagement,
Maintain the company website, and optimize social media posts,
Monitor social and digital platforms for follow up and maintaining engagement,
Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, presentations, and other resources as needed.
Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact information for clients and prospects.
Study competitors, market behaviors and trends to recommend marketing strategies to the management team,
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for business use.
Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing tactics is a plus.
