North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewans leading home builder, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible, in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Manager, for the development and implementation of the marketing strategies for the NRDC group of companies.
Coordinate the development and execution for both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
Lead the execution of CRM marketing initiatives.
Drive execution of strategy using the Hubspot platform.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with other departments.
Design graphics for web pages, digital platforms, logo creation and product branding.
Manage the production of marketing materials including handouts, signage, etc.
Develop and execute company events such as trade shows and show home openings.
Book professional show home pictures for awards.
Manage website leads.
Organize show home set-up and move.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Marketing or Communications degree or equivalent.
2-4 years experience preferably in a construction environment.
Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (Hubspot) and Content Management System Software (WordPress).
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional writing and composition skills.
An eye for detail editing and proof-reading.
Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada
