Location: Kelowna, BC

Salary: $24 - $27 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Gain Street is seeking a talented and versatile Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for social media and Graphic Design to contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
• Create high-quality Graphic Designs for brochures, mail campaigns, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Canva for Graphic Design, including examples of previous work.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the construction and trades industry is an asset but not required.

Qualifications:

• A degree, diploma or training in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or Graphic Design role.
