Our platform connects students, immigrants, and young professionals with our database of nearly 1,000,000 verified rental units. We are striving to make the search and leasing process seamless, transparent, and hassle-free. Role Overview:

As a Marketing Co-op at RentSimple, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to form our brand and engage our target audience. Since we are very early stage, there will be opportunities to wear various hats from generating social content, helping design pitch decks, and manage our influencer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various social channels, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Support the organization and execution of promotional events and trade shows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

Engage with our community through social media channels, fostering positive relationships and feedback loops.
