About This Opportunity
In this role, you will report to the POS Program Manager, Marketing Material Solutions, and will support and enhance reporting and communication processes related to Marketing Materials and other sales tools. You will also support the management and tracking of all POS tools in the field and analyze and report on POS utilization and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to devise and implement marketing strategies and programs for our sales teams
- Project manage bi-monthly priorities from creative development to in-store execution
- Advise stakeholders on proper channel tools to support orders for monthly priorities and national promo periods
- Advise Commercial & Field Sales teams to optimize the use of the Marketing Materials tools
- Project manage the 38 Week Marketing Materials Process and advise stakeholders of key dates and deadlines
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, customer teams and partner brands
- Drive innovation for more effective tools and processes
- Make recommendations to improve online tools such as MAPT, JUDO, POS Inventory App etc
- Present monthly reporting of marketing budget, inventory, and tools purchases
Qualifications
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with a diverse
- Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new technologies and processes
- Customer service-oriented
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong motivational and leadership qualities
- Experience using program software; Microsoft office; Monday.com/Smartsheets, etc.
- Experience with CPG marketing and Marketing Materials is an asset
- Experience using SAP is an asset
