Position:Marketing Coordinator, Team Lead
Compensation:$ 55,000 TO $65,000
Expected Start Date:As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
· Generate weekly and monthly analytic reports for corporate online accounts.
· Oversee Marketing Team and ensure deadlines are met in collaboration with other team members.
· Communicate campaign objectives, deadlines, and projects to marketing and sales team to ensure completion.
· Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
· Provide final revision for marketing projects (i.e., disclaimer check, brand kit check, etc.) before project launch.
· Daily audit of corporate accounts (i.e., reviews, comments, live, etc.)
· Cold/warm calls with prospective/existing clients to develop business opportunities and build strong client relations.
· Conduct research of market trends, real estate market behavior, competitor landscape and provide findings and summary to team members.
· Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads and collect market data before, during and/or after customer outreach to understand prospective customers’ needs and effectively translate those needs to marketing and sales team.
· Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high quality and timely execution of external/internal marketing events and programs.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics and implement data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or related field
· Experience in Social Media Management (i.e., scheduling, engagement, redirecting traffic)
· 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing leadership position/role (i.e., managing a team of 2 to 3 people for a campaign/project)
· Familiarity with SEO, CASL, Disclaimer, Brand Kits
· Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite platforms.
· Must own a vehicle and have full access at all times.
· Mandatory attendance in Company Corporate Events.
· Participation in Charitable Events.
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
