Material Transporting Personnel

Solid Construction has an opening for an entry-level Material Transporting Personnel. We rely on our transporter to provide support to our construction workers, communicate with job site Supervisors and Project Coordinator, and transport supplies needed. The Transporter will also be asked to do a variety of other tasks as the need arises. Applicants must have current G Driver's License & clean Drivers Abstract. Restricted A License considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Deliver materials and equipment to/from various job sites and facility in a safe, professional and timely manner.
Assist crews in loading materials as needed.
Retain, code, and deliver materials and equipment receipts to office staff daily.
Maintain company assets and resources in a safe and caring manner.
Serve as a General Construction Crew Member as needed.
Operate all company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner according to company policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid G Driver’s License
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
