- Receive incoming freight shipments and enter data in computer and validate against purchase orders
- Distribute all mail and freight to locations across campus
- Off Campus Pick up and deliveries
- Ensure all University Safety Policies and protocols are being adhered to on and off campus
- Day to day clerical duties may include but not limited to filing documents, scanning and completing incident reports
- Represent the University in a professional manner both on and off campus
- Assisting with disposal of surplus goods
