Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meat products
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Package and label meat products for storage or sale
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a butcher or in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in meat cutting techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
