SalaryThe successful applicant will be responsible for the three depts. listed. All inventory, labour and shrink control. You will be required to work variable shifts. One weekend day and one evening per week. You will create your own schedule but must adhere to the needs of the business. This is a salaried position but are required to work a minimum of 40 hrs per week. There is a quarterly bonus program as well as a variable benefits package included. There is no baking or Meat cutting needed. Items arrive packaged for sale. You will need to have steel toe safety shoes and be able to lift, bend, twist and turn while carrying 50 lbs repeatedly.
