Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Drive project success by coordinating tasks, allocating resources, and strictly adhering to project timelines, utilizing your mechanical proficiency.

• Technical Guidance: Apply your mechanical knowledge to lead the team and troubleshoot complex technical challenges related to Cooling Tower systems.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Account Manager to strategize project approaches, ensuring exceptional work quality and client satisfaction within the mechanical realm.

• Safety: Uphold a culture of safety by rigorously enforcing company safety protocols and industry standards, especially in mechanical operations.

• Mechanical Background: Strong mechanical background, with a proven track record in a Leadership Role within the mechanical field.

Salary: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
