Key accountabilities:
- Ensure maintenance services are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered on time, while meeting cost and quality standards.
- Maintain and improve an effective preventative maintenance program for the operations to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Develop, implement and maintain maintenance standards and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and performance of mill equipment.
- Ensure maintenance and repair budgets are prepared, met, and variances explained, with appropriate action taken as needed.
- Ensure mechanical areas are manned with a capable workforce by applying succession planning systems, effective coaching processes, accountable leadership practices, and effective training.
- Take a leading role in developing strategies for technology migration to avoid obsolescence within the context of continuous plant operations.

- An appropriate technical degree or diploma, or trade qualifications, and 10 years related experience is required for this position
Salary $125,000 - $155,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
