Job Description:
As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients at the clinics. Your role will be crucial in providing a welcoming and supportive environment for patients while ensuring efficient operation of the reception area.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Medical Office Administrator diploma.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive patient interaction approach.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients at the front desk.
- Handling incoming calls and relaying messages.
- Managing incoming and outgoing faxes.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Following up and completing patient-related tasks.
- Performing laundry duties.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
8-hour shifts, with a flexible schedule as required.
