Canada Diagnostic Centres (CDC) is a multi-modality diagnostic imaging provider committed to delivering Exceptional Patient Care in the medical imaging field. Since 1993, CDC has been providing patients and health care professionals with advanced diagnostic imaging of the body’s most important organs and systems.
CDC offers MRI, CT, Ultrasound 2D/3D and 4D real-time, Mammography, Pain Management, Bone Densitometry, Fluoroscopy, X-Ray and Kids Imaging services across 16 community clinics in Calgary, Edmonton, Okotoks and Sherwood Park.

The Medical Call Center Agent plays a pivotal role at CDC and as our Call Center booking agent, you will represent the company with your positive, welcoming, and helpful nature. A typical day requires you to be on the telephone interacting with our patients and your teammates. If you are comfortable with technology, require a flexible work life balance, and enjoy being recognized for your hard work with productivity incentive bonuses, this may be the role for you.
What you will do:
  • Schedule appointments for patients at our clinics in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and physician information using our software.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they can provide accurate information for appointments.
  • Process high volume of calls while maintaining patience and empathy.
  • Support team members as we deliver great customer service.
  • Support Booking Team Leads by identifying new ideas and improve processes.
What you need:
  • Call center experience or medical terminology required.
  • Superior communication skills and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a high-volume work environment.
  • Strong proficiency with computer software and databases.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging an asset (but not required).
  • Second language is an asset (but not required).
