Student VIP (a division of Campbell & Co. Insurance) has an exciting job opportunity as a Member Experience Representative! The Member Experience Representative should be well organized, have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage various projects at once.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide support to students via live chat, phone and email by answering questions regarding their Health & Dental and International Health plans which includes questions regarding coverage, how to make a claim, where to find practitioners in their area and more
· Update content on our website which can include rewriting information to make it more clear for students or creating new content for new programs and services
· Creating and uploading reports and data to our Student VIP Dashboard
· Data entry of manual enrollment information
· Updating and formatting mass emails, managing responses as they come in
· Attending on site Campus events throughout the Year
· Maintain provider list and ensuring accuracy on the website
· Formatting and editing large data listings
· Updating our live chat platform and custom bots to improve student experience by identifying gaps in information and creating new articles
· Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2-3+ years of Customer Service Experience in person, over the phone or via live chat
· Excellent communication skills; ability to take information and explain it in a basic and clear way to students who are not familiar with insurance plans
· Post-secondary education a strong asset
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills; ability to manipulate large data sets
