The Sales Associate role assists in running all “front of house” fitness studio operations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic sales experience and has a passion for changing lives. This position requires starting as early as 5:00AM. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Educate and sell Orangetheory membership to prospects
* Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
* Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
* Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
* Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
* Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities
* Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
* Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
* Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
* Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
* Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
* Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
* Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
* Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available to work opening shifts starting at 5:00 AM, if required. Availability during the daytime is required
• Must be willing to work weekends, and evenings
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills mandatory
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Must have strong computer and social media skills
• Love to work as a team and celebrate team success
• An outgoing personality is a must, along with a genuine passion for fitness

Hours (subject to change):

• Morning (Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm)
• Afternoon/Evenings (Monday - Thursday 1pm - 9:30pm, Friday 10:45am - 7:15pm)
• Weekends (Saturday/Sunday - 7:15am - 1:00pm)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
