This position serves the public, ranging in age from teens to Elders and provides support to government departments to achieve their goals. You will provide facilitator training for individuals and organizations to develop capacity for men’s groups for healing, life-skills development, health and wellbeing. At times, you will provide crisis counselling in partnership with service agencies such as local men’s groups. You will support a positive learning and self-care environment. Another responsibility of this position is to lead or participate in pilot projects to identify innovative solutions and develop the knowledge base for men’s wellness.
